catXapp (“we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Waitlist signups: If you join our pre-launch waitlist, we collect the name and email you submit through our Google Form.
• App usage: catXapp stores preferences locally on your device (cart items, saved carts, margin settings). We do not operate a user account server.
• Subscriptions: Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

How we use information

• To notify waitlist subscribers when catXapp launches on the App Store.
• To provide app functionality on your device (search, pricing, cart).
• To fetch live precious metal spot prices from third-party sources for price calculations.

Third-party services

catXapp may request data from Kitco and similar public market data sources to calculate live prices. Waitlist forms are hosted by Google Forms. Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store.

Data retention

Waitlist data is retained until you request removal or until it is no longer needed for launch communications. App data on your device can be removed by deleting the app.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your waitlist information by contacting us. For App Store subscription management, use your Apple ID account settings.

Children

catXapp is intended for business users in the scrap and recycling industry. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
